What is covered under your warranty?
Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. The warranty includes replacement of defective parts and technical support. It does not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
Should I choose an electric forklift or an internal combustion forklift?
Electric forklift: low noise, zero emissions, low maintenance cost, but high purchase price, suitable for indoor operation.
Internal combustion forklift: Strong power, long endurance, low purchase price, but fuel cost and exhaust gas treatment need to be considered, suitable for outdoor operations.
What should be checked before forklift operation?
Braking system, steering system, tire condition; Hydraulic oil level, battery power/fuel quantity; Safety devices such as horns, lights, and seat belts; Is the fork intact without cracks
