Product Introduction
1. Excellent load-bearing capacity
Using a 1880mm short wheelbase, low center of gravity, wide body design, and paired with a 510mm ultra short front suspension door frame for better stability;
Strengthening ribs are added to the key stress points of the gantry and frame, resulting in higher strength and better rigidity;
The E-series gantry has been widened to a size of five tons, with a more reasonable hydraulic layout and a 10% increase in visibility;
The front wheels are equipped with 250-15-18PR large tires, while the rear wheels are equipped with 7.00-12-14PR high position tires for more stable operation.
2. Strong traffic capacity
The door frame and roof protection frame are both 2175mm long and can smoothly enter a 2.2-meter basement and container;
The minimum turning radius is 2680, making it more flexible to work in narrow areas;
130mm free lifting height, conducive to material handling in height restricted areas;
A ground clearance of 140mm allows for smooth passage through speed limiting piers.
3. Ultra high cost-effectiveness
The 4-4.5L model can perform tasks on small five ton platforms at a price that is 25% to 30% lower;
The low-speed high torque diaphragm gearbox starts more smoothly and is more suitable for practical use, and reduces the clutch pedal force. The semi clutch low-speed control is good, with low temperature rise and wear resistance, and it is not afraid of long-term semi clutch;
High pressure dual pump stable diversion hydraulic system, suitable for joint operation or installation of accessories;Equipped with a load sensitive priority steering hydraulic system, reducing power loss, easy lifting at low speeds, and stronger performance.
4. Low fuel consumption during work
The fuel consumption of 4.5L per hour is 3.66L/h, which is 0.46L/h lower than that of the small five ton platform, saving 8600 yuan in fuel costs per year
The overall work efficiency is 1.7% higher than that of the small five ton platform;
No post processor parking regeneration, reducing wasted working time and fuel consumption during shutdown (2L/30min).
5. Convenient maintenance
The hood opening angle is 80 °, making engine maintenance and upkeep convenient;
The engine hood and water tank cover plate adopt a sealed structure, so that debris will not fall into the engine compartment through the gap when the hood is opened, causing damage to the engine fan;
Tool free dismantling of floor racks saves time and effort in daily maintenance.
6. Low maintenance costs
No exhaust gas processor, more suitable for intermittent working conditions, no carbon deposition, saving maintenance costs of 800-1000 yuan per year;
A large number of components are compatible with 3-3.5T forklifts, with stable quality and low maintenance service costs;
Adopting a plate fin radiator, it has strong dust passing ability and effectively prevents dust blockage.
